sianlee 2008-01-02 03:05:34 Actually this particular exercise is also done on those multi-gym sets, You grab the handles and push them away from you which lifts the weights behind you. Your arms don't go right behind you, only slightly. Besides if you did it on a bench as well, you could hurt your shoulders/biceps if you're not careful.
