NicksMySon ::: Favorites Thank you for this posting. He was a quiet gentleman on the court. I loved Borg because my late father did. I looked up to my dad as he looked up to him. When he left the game when I was 12 and just getting into tennis it was sad for me. 18 yrs later he played a seniors tour at Stanford and I got to meet my childhood idol. I simply said, "me and my father love you." When I came home, I told my dad what had happened and he was proud. A truly nice memory 07-08-11 05:59:17 __________________________________________________ |
