I love the PLR-16! Now I leave my AR-15 at home. I am buying the same TAC-16 suppressor. I have paid all the money and sent in the paperwork. Now just waiting to get it back from the BATFE so I can take it home. Can't wait to try it out myself!

so you like the PLR-16? I have seriously thought about buying one but I'm not sure about the factory forearm grip. In the photos it just doesn't look too secure. Is your forarm grip from Kel-Tec or did you find another company to buy it from?

Do you have any problems with jamming or anything? I don't like the Olympic Arms type AR-15 pistols because of that spring tube hanging from the rear. Do you think the PLR-16 forearm grip would be secure enough to mount a vertical grip onto the picatinny rail?

The forearm is VERY solid. It doesn't wobble and only comes off when you want it to. I have a vertical grip on mine and have shot it plenty with no problems. I've never had a single jam after MANY rounds. It's my favorite semi auto of all time now.

You'll love it!! Be sure to get the tactical handgaurd and Harris swiveling bi-pod w/an adapter. it helps a lot.

If you mount a vertical grip, you are "creating" a AOW (any other weapon),Which would require the $200.00 tax (which would have to be done by a class 3 dealer WITH a SOT. THEN transferred to you, for $5.00. But yes, it would accept a vertical grip. No jamming AT ALL BTW:)

One reason is I was shooting in a "valley" kinda, it echoed a lot. There is still noise from the reciever cycling and bullet impact, I'll post another video of regular subsonics that don't cycle for you guys to watch. They are a lot quieter.

I think a vertical foregrip on a "pistol" will get you 2 years in club fed -stupid BATFE "law"
