danecook321 ::: Favorites I weight train that's how I lost 35 pounds in 4 months, my brother weight trains when he was a sophomore in high school, he looked like a skeleton, he weighed 145 pounds, and could only lift about 100 pounds, but in 2 years of weight training, he was 215 pounds and could lift more than 300 pounds, we only have 305(he goes to the gym so I don't know how much he can bench)and became a national champ in wrestling.
